Position Overview:
This role will be responsible for overseeing core accounting and financial operations while managing a small finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, leadership capability, and experience with intercompany financial processes.
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).

Experience with:
  •  QuickBooks.
  • TruckMate.
  • ADP (HRIS and payroll system) - preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with intercompany invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  •  Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Preferred.
 
Additional Requirements:
  • Must consent to a background check.
  • Must consent to a credit screening.
    • Target credit score: 620 or higher (preferred, based on role sensitivity).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including intercompany transactions.
  • Supervise and support two finance team members.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Liaise with leadership on financial performance and operational insights.
  • Deliver monthly/weekly reports to management and leadership.
  • Manage and track invoices.
